Return & Refund Policy
- Merchandise can be returned for a refund within 90 days of original purchase. If you'd like a refund for your merchandise but you can't return it to us for any reason, then a refund will be at our discretion.
- If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please return your unwanted merchandise and place a new order.
- Refund will be issued back to the original source of payment only. We can not issue personal checks or refund amount higher than the original payment.
- Orders returned without return slip may be rejected and returned back to sender. You will receive return slip when you complete the return request form, you must print and include this slip inside your returning package. Return slips help us locate your information in the system and process your return quickly.
- Merchandise are your responsibility until it reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
- All merchandise will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the event that merchandise is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you or charge restocking fee.
- Certain items are excluded from this policy due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, returns are not accepted on panties, bodysuits, swimsuits and any set that includes a panty.
- Certain items such as final sale, promotional, special offer items are not eligible for refunds.
- You are responsible for the costs of returning merchandise such as postage fees and/or packaging material.
To start the return process, within your account open Order History, select the order and click "Return" button next to the product(s) you wish to return. If you checked out as Guest, you must Create a New Account using full billing name and email address used during Guest checkout.
